At this time of year, this species is expected to be present on site.

A state endangered bird. Occurs as a migrant and winter resident in wooded areas of the lab. In 1988 an individual was found on July 17 in the northwest corner of the Big Woods. It was not found in the area after that date. In May of 1989 a pair was observed building a nest in the Indian Creek Woods. They did not appear to raise any young.
