Yellow-rumped Warbler

(Setophaga coronata)

Status: Migrant. Last recorded on site in 2021

At this time of year, this species is expected to be present on site.

Occurs as a common migrant in wooded and shrubby areas of the lab. A small group was found near the Director's Woods in December 1992. Three seen Dec. 10, two seen Dec. 15 (CBC), and at least four seen Dec. 19, 2012 in Garden Club.
